Hello,
On a user connecting towards my server, my existing project has a chat system working so that other players can see the messages they have placed. However, people cannot see other game objects, such as vehicles and extras they may have.
For streaming objects to different clients, would ReplicaManager3 be used or BitStream?

You can use both. But ReplicaManager3 would be the first choice for this case.
